About Resonance Health

Resonance Health is based in the Tees Valley, UK. We are building FitPath™ — an AI-guided companion for people living with arthritis and MSK conditions, designed to support daily movement, self-management, and communication with clinicians.

Our mission

Arthritis and MSK conditions affect over 11 million people in the UK. Between appointments, most people are left to manage on their own. We believe that small, daily support — adapted to how someone actually feels — can make a meaningful difference to quality of life.

What we're building

FitPath™ uses AI to guide gentle, graded movement based on daily check-ins. It remembers what works, adapts to flare-ups, and generates a simple summary that patients can share with their clinicians. At its heart is Glow — an AI companion that listens, remembers, and guides.

Where we are

We are part of the Teesside University FUEL programme and the Platvix Build Studio 2026 cohort. We have received $100K in Azure credits through Microsoft for Startups and are in discussions with NHS departments for pilot partnerships.
