About Resonance Health

Resonance Health is based in the Tees Valley, UK. We are building FitPath Companion, an AI-enabled companion designed to remember context over time, for people living with arthritis and MSK conditions. Built to support daily engagement with the rehabilitation programmes set by their clinician.

Our mission

Arthritis and MSK conditions affect over 11 million people in the UK. Between appointments, most people are left to manage on their own. We believe small, daily support, alongside the rehabilitation programme set by a clinician, can make a meaningful difference to quality of life.

What we're building

FitPath Companion supports the rehabilitation programme set by your clinician between appointments. It records daily check-ins, holds context over time, and generates a simple summary you can share with your clinician. At its heart is Glow, an AI companion that listens and holds the story.

Where we are

We are part of the Teesside University FUEL programme and the Platvix Build Studio 2026 cohort. We have received Azure credits through Microsoft for Startups and are in early conversations with clinicians in NHS MSK services.
